Registration Guidelines

Personal Information

Provide your full legal name as it appears on your official documents.
Select your gender from the available options.
All personal information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

Contact Information

Phone number must be exactly 10 digits without any spaces or special characters.
Provide a valid email address that you regularly check, as important communications will be sent to this address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information.

Academic Information

Roll Number must start with "UG" or "PG" followed by a forward slash (/) and should not contain spaces or backslashes (\).
Registration Number must start with "AU" followed by a forward slash (/) and should not contain spaces or backslashes (\).
Class 12 percentage must be between 0 and 100.
Provide the complete and accurate name of your Class 12 school.

Academic Year

Your registration will be automatically assigned to the current academic year ().

If you need to change your academic year, please contact your class teacher or the department authority directly. Year changes cannot be made through this registration portal.

Profile Image

Upload a recent passport-sized photograph of yourself.
Only JPG/JPEG format is accepted.
Maximum file size is 2MB.
The image should clearly show your face without any filters or edits.
Inappropriate images will result in rejection of your registration.

By submitting your information through this registration portal, you agree that:
